Tara is a Human Resource professional with over 15 years’ experience, and currently is the Head of People & Culture at DesignInc Sydney. She is the champion for DesignInc’s staff and wellbeing, and is particularly passionate in understanding how mental health and diversity impact the workplace.
During her seven years at DesignInc, Tara has made a focus of moving towards gender equality and being a more inclusive compassionate place where the wellbeing of staff is at the core of our values.

National Reconciliation Week is an important part of the annual calendar for the DesignInc Sydney and Nguluway DesignInc studios. In 2022 we hosted a range of internal and external events to encourage our team to deepen their understanding of reconciliation on a personal and professional level, and to contribute to the broader conversation around reconciliation in the design industry.
